Honey Chicken


Sauce:
3/4 cups butter
3/4 cups honey
6 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
3 tsp. curry powder

5 chicken breasts


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Make sauce by melting the four ingredients together in a sauce pan. Cut the chicken breasts in halves or thirds and place in a baking dish. Pour sauce over the chicken pieces and move the chicken around to make sure that sauce has touched everywhere on the chicken, but the sauce will not be deep enough for the chicken to be totally covered. Bake for a total of 40 minutes, turning the chicken pieces over half way through. Serve with rice and veggies.
